Do you require a deposit to secure my date?
Yes, we require a 10% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7-14 days before your event.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our pricing is completely transparent. The only additional fees you might encounter are for travel outside our 20-mile radius, outdoor setups, or difficult load-ins (like downtown hotels without parking). We will discuss all of this during your consultation.
Can I customize a bundle?
Absolutely! While our bundles offer the best value, we can create a custom package tailored specifically to your event's needs and budget.
Do you offer discounts for weekday events?
Yes, we often have special pricing for events held Monday through Thursday. Contact us for a custom weekday quote.

Travel & Driving
Events over 20 miles outside downtown Austin incur a $1 per mile fee.
Outdoor & Venue Fees
Outdoor events add $100. Difficult load-ins (hotels/similar) add $100.
Parking
If no parking is available at the venue, a $50 fee applies.
