Ceremony Audio
A dedicated secondary sound system and wireless mics for your ceremony is available starting at $500.
Travel & Driving
Travel is calculated in your custom quote based on event location and venue logistics — always disclosed upfront.
Outdoor Events
A $250 Outdoor Event Fee applies to outdoor events to cover additional setup, basic equipment protection, heat/dust exposure, and normal post-event equipment cleaning. A $100 Difficult Outdoor Access Fee applies when the setup area is not paved, level, weather-protected, and cart-accessible. Complex outdoor production is quoted separately.
Difficult Load-Ins
Hotels or venues with complex check-in processes or difficult load-ins require an additional $150 fee.
Parking
Valet-only venues require a $75 charge paid in advance, refundable if complimentary vendor parking is provided.
Late Night Hours
Events ending after 11:00 PM incur $100 per additional hour.
